NFL - Fantasy/Talk
Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
So, you have to get: 2 WR, 2 RB and one W/R from that list?
What's on your waiver wire..?

lol...yea...pretty sad. Ballard is still sitting there. Mendy and Murray are hurt for me.
Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
I'd pick up Ballard. Tennessee stinks and he had a decent game last week.
Not a fun list though..
I have no idea..

I think I would gomr. bruin wroteCOLONWell boys i need the weekly advice. Trying to fill holes with all these injuries. I have 2 WR spots and 2 RB spots with one W/R spot.
This is who i have to choose from:
Julio Jones @ PHI
Malcolm Floyd @ CLE
Josh Gordon @ SD
Mikel LeShoure @ SEA
Larod Stephens-Howling @ SF
Stephen Jackson @ NE
Jonathon Dwyer @ WAS
No matter what i do i got some real tough run-defense teams I am facing in nearly every choice. This sucks.
WR: Julio Jones
WR: Malcolm Floyd
RB: Stephen Jackson
RB: Jonathon Dwyer/Leshoure
FLEX: Josh Gordon
I think Dwyer is more likely to get a TD then Leshoure..which is basically what it all comes down to.

I see no issues with this line-up.bcool wroteCOLONI think I would gomr. bruin wroteCOLONWell boys i need the weekly advice. Trying to fill holes with all these injuries. I have 2 WR spots and 2 RB spots with one W/R spot.

Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
Interesting....I think its safe to agree that LSH against SF is a clear no. With Redman possibly playing now on Sunday, that could throw in a monkey wrench in my Dwyer plans. I was happy with Leshoure but him going against SEA is tough. Injuries fucking blow...
so I picked up Ballard and now Brown is fully practicing, so that ship has all but sailed.

Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
hey Kyle, i've been following some of your players this year, you've had some really bad luck unfortunately. How is your team doing? You probably have one of the best 3 fantasy QBs, has he been enough to carry your team?
Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
I've been battling. In a 12 team league. RB injuries have been tough. Sitting at 4-3 now in 5th place. Top spot is 5-2. In a tight match this week. Winning 149-131 with David Akers going tonight and he has a LB and DE. too close for comfort. Brees fucked me.
Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
I squeaked out a win this week. Thank God.

Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk

Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
He was drafted in my league. Who should i put in a claim for and in what order?
Vic Ballard
Felix Jones
Chris Ivory
Larod Stephens Howling
Marcel Reese
Lance Dunbar

Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
Ballard has the most long-term value.
Jones = kind of poop it seems.
Ivory is part of a 3-headed RB Monster while Sproles is hurt. 4-headed when he's back.
LSH - Beanie Wells is back in a couple weeks
Reese - Goodson and McFadden could be out only shortly, also T. Jones is there. Palmer will pass 50+ times a game
Dunbar = shit.
Ballard, LSH and Reese would be the 3 it would be between.
1) Ballard
2) Reese
3) LSH
IMO. Cards are on Bye, a chance Wells comes back Week 11 (likely Week 12)

Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
Thanks man. I have Ballard first right now. I own Demarco so that is why i ask about Jones. I also have Beanie sitting on Ir and he is eligible week12.

Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
i'd pick up RG3
Re: NFL - Fantasy/Talk
Lol, he is not available in a 12 team league with 20 man rosters...Pretty slim pickings. I ended up getting Vic Ballard and Felix Jones. I am a Demarco owner so i needed to grab Felix just in case. My issue now is grabbing a team defense. I have GB but they are on bye this week. I am also waiting on a trade offer i have out. The other team has no TE.Fair Deals Steve wroteCOLONi'd pick up RG3
Andre Johnson
Jermaine Gresham
Jared Allen
Jonathon Dwyer
for
Dmaryius Thomas
James Starks
JJ Watt
clears me a roster spot for Beanie Wells when he returns.
