Whoever owns Lucic, dont expect much from him for awhile. He moves like he is 80 lbs overweight. So slow in body and mind. He will be in Clodes doghouse very fast. Pretty sure all he did during lockout was eat and tweet.

I am extremely excited to see what Spurgeon does on top paring with Suter along with QBing the pp.

Jared Spurgeon has been skating with Ryan Suter on Minnesota's top defensemen pairing in training camp, the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports. He's also been the point on Minnesota's power play unit and played on the power play for both teams in Wednesday's scrimmage.
(Updated 01/17/2013).
Fantasy Analysis
Jared Spurgeon had three goals and 20 assists last season, but his scoring should increase with the overall increase in talent on the Wild roster and with him playing key spots on special teams.

Well, as much as we all hate Bettman, it seems he was right again....at least in boston.

Lockout drives Bruins ticket prices higher
During the NHL lockout, disgruntled Bruins fans could be heard claiming to give up on the league forever. But now that the labor dispute is over, some supporters are so eager to see Boston’s hockey team back in action that they are paying much more than face value for tickets.

Officially, Bruins ticket sales began on Wednesday. But as soon as the league released its game schedule late on Saturday, hockey-starved fans flocked to the secondary ticket market, where they can buy seats from season ticket holders on such websites as StubHub.com and TicketNetwork.com.

Tickets to see the Bruins, who open the season on Saturday against the New York Rangers at TD Garden, have sold for as much as $639 online — six times their original cost.

I don't hate Bettman. This lockout was FAR from his fault. Both sides are to blame, but there is no way Bettman can get pinned for this one.

As for me...

Zac Dalpe, C CAR
News: Zac Dalpe has made Carolina's final NHL roster and will begin the season skating on a line with Jordan Staal, the Raleigh News & Observer reports.
Analysis: Zac Dalpe was second on the Checkers with 28 points (13 goals, 15 assists) during the lockout. The 2008 second-round pick could have a breakout season since he's starting with a high-profile role.

Faux-hawks were just extremely popular around that time to begin with, but I don't think his facial features resemble anything of Rick Nash's. Rick's got chink eyes

how is quincey still in the nhl, this happens to him wayyy to often.

I Feel sorry for Detroit fans. A team losing B Stuart and a top 5 dman of all time, now forced to rely on Quincey and Ericsson for big minutes. Team is in trouble.

By the way. How happy are you leaf fans? STL traded OTT Rundblad for that pick, what if he was a sen?
