Jussi Jokinen & Douglas Murray

Jokinen and Murray have probably been the most asked about players on my team and I've resisted. Well today, I've received excellent offers for each guy...the best offers I've received up to this point for either guy respectively. The teams involved know they're the leaders in the clubhouse. What I'd like to do is give the rest of the league 24 hours or so to put in their best offers considering the value those two have to my team and considering the interest I've received for them in the past.

The two deals are deals I feel could help me now and into the future. I've said on several occasions that I'd only being will to part with either guy unless I'm receiving an upgrade at the position in the deal. I'm NOT rebuilding. If any young player is involved, they have to be at the NHL level or will graduate this year at some point. If you have a starting goalie you'd like to part with...I'd definitely be interested in them. Jokinen or Murray could be part of such of a deal.

They can either be part of seperate deals or part of the same deal...I'm just looking at what everyone can offer and if I'm sitting on the best offers for them right now. I'll give both teams the right to match or beat the offers as well. I'll be on MSN later tonight or send me an offer via PM. I'll make a final decision on Jokinen and Murray by tomorrow.

And also, for future purposes...if anyone wants to know who I have "on the block", check my forum. I have a thread started for my trading block and I'll post updates there.

Check my roster page as well if there are other pieces you're interested in. I'm fairly comfortable against the cap. I have ways of reducing salary if it comes to that.

Going into tomorrow with solid offers for both guys...moves I'd be happy to do...but I'll wait on anyone else that wants to get a deal in by tomorrow evening. I'd like to make a final decision by tomorrow at the end of my workday (5 p.m. EST). The teams in the hunt know they're in the hunt.
