NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
It's gotta be such a relief for Calgary fans that Feaster finally realised how shitty they are.
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
God I don't want KoKo in Calgary.
Might have to get his jersey if it happens tho

Feaster is more retarded than JFJ (as a GM)mr. bruin wroteCOLONDid he though? I honestly wouldnt be surprised if Calgary all of a sudden starts buying...Mike wroteCOLONIt's gotta be such a relief for Calgary fans that Feaster finally realised how shitty they are.

Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
yup,
JFJ was great at the draft, just blew at being a GM....
Feaster just sucks at life, doesn't know how to sign a player (see ROR), doesn't know how to trade (thinks his team is cup worthy every year), and doesn't know how to hit a gym.....
not sure how he spends his free time, but he should have lots of it, guy is purly out to lunch.

so did burkeNick wroteCOLONHe did win a cup..
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
And look at the team Burke built here in Toronto....
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
The removal of Burkes assets is as important as the additions. Komisarek, Connolly, Lombardi and Armstrongall needed to be purged. Room needed to be made. That would never happen under Burke,

Boston won't get Iginla if they refuse to move Spooner or Subban, IMO.mr. bruin wroteCOLONLol Chia is not that dumb. No Spooner or Hamilton in any trade. My guess, if successful:
Koko + Caron + 1st 2013 + conditional 2nd on either resigning or playoff performance of Bruins.

Yup. Spooner + 1st is likely involved.MSP4LYFE wroteCOLONBoston won't get Iginla if they refuse to move Spooner or Subban, IMO.mr. bruin wroteCOLONLol Chia is not that dumb. No Spooner or Hamilton in any trade. My guess, if successful:

Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
Spooner + 1st + lesser prospect / mid-round pick would be my guess.
Calgary needs goaltending though, badly as Kipper likely retires at seasons end. Cannot see Malcolm Subban being moved, though. Khudobin + Rask is a great tandem moving forward though, so you never know..
Very interesting to see how this plays out.

Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
I just can't see the pens in on Iggy anymore tbh
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
Lots of rumors of Boston acquiring Ryan Whitney. They recalled Torey Krug instead.
Re: NHL Transactions, Injuries & Rumours
Well, i think with Mcquaid basically done for season, a d move is needed. Krug being recalled makes me think Bartkowski is part of a package going to Cgy. I would love Whitney. He has Boston connection somewhere i recall. If Boston can add Whitney and Iginla with basically giving up no major roster pieces, they will be primed for a deep run and could challenge any team in the league in 7 games

That guy is from sportsnetNHL source to me today on Flames asking price for Iginla: "Calgary is going to screw this up for themselves bad if they don't come down."
