I fucking hate NJD. I have like no hope of catching up.
you did a pretty good job last night, your team is pretty strong....

however, it would be pretty funny if you and i were both knocked out week 1 lol

Fistric, michalek, kovalchuk, stastny/talbot all not plaYing as of now....faaack.

Fistric and michal k being the ones that hurt atm since id maybe be up in shtoi. Making it a little more competitive at least...mikes team is just damn good though so not totally upset. Have taken some big stepa forward with my team this year. Still got lots more to do though.

Why do you guys all count up the GP? So you have an excuse when you lose?

Nick wroteCOLONChuck up 3GP so far this week... if your counting was correct going into the week that should mean I have a ton more GP to finish the week. Going to be a tight one.
I re-ran the GP numbers, if Oshie misses the rest of the week and Clitsome comes back tonight then well have an even # of GP for the rest of the week between us. Looks like I lost Heater last night to a retarded Pickles slash at the end of last nights game so that might change things too...

Bergeon's loss is Peverley's gain. Here's hoping I can cash in lol...

Well, you mean Kelly's loss is his gain. With Jagr in now, you wont see Peverley on PP1. Kelly is due back any day now. Toss up who centers third line between Kelly and Peverley.

The stars are aligning for an unexpected team to make a run here. NJD? MTL? BOS finally winning the cup after coming close so many times?

Not here. If i make it to next round and have to face MTL or TBL, i have big gp disadvantage along with injuries and no one to fill in. I'm not even thinking about round two though. I am in a very score deceiving tight match with Thom. Neck and neck in most cats.

I don't consider NJD, MTL or BOS unexpected - each would have been #2 (or 1?) in the west and can dance with anyone on a good week (great not required). Each could have places higher in east with a different matchup, injuries or bounce.

If NSH beats LAK and runs table to the cup, that's a Cinderella story. But let's be serious, it's round 1, lots of injuries fairly distributed across the top teams in the east;

Crosby
Bergeron
Kovalchuk
M Staal
Oshie
Martin (scrub but good #)
Plek (Hab but good)
Heatley (fucking Allstar)
Etc

Goddamn it he was gonna center Seguin & Marchand on line 2...now hes dropped (cause of Jagr deal) to the 3rd line with Dauvagins and Pandolfo.....yuck!
