Thanks Shep. I come into this match fully expecting to lose the following cats:

BS, HITS, FOW, SHTOI, GAA, SV%

The Bruins schedule is not good this week against TB, Ott, WAS. Hoping for the Wins. STL is rolling. Going to be another very tight match for the title. Good luck Bry.

First off, that was a very exciting semifinals...congrats to Mike and Shep on a great season! (you may think otherwise but consider the source ;) )

I think we'll see another close matchup in the champion round between soon to be Eastern Conference rivals. Either way, the champ will be in the revamped East next year! :D

haha theres no way you can put GAA and SV% as categories I should win. Goalie categories are always up in the air on a weekly basis..

I'll give myself the advantage in BS, HITS, FOW, and SHTOI..but thats as far as I'll go. You have the advantage in all of the offensive categories which means you're more likely to pick up STPTS and GWG as well. You also have as well rounded team as anyone so I wouldn't be surprised if you stole some periph categories from me. You are the favourite in this one and I think everyone around here can agree to that. I definitely need some luck to stay in this one.

Anton looks like he wants to get back to being a contender and Kareem had a down year with lots of injuries...he's always someone to watch out for. The West will be fine...loses a strong team and a bottom-feeder [clears throat]. It's going to be tough to make the playoffs in the East next year, that's for sure.

It'd be nice to see Kyle win a championship after such a long period of steady play. Good luck man.

Yep, he definitely deserves it. Probably wouldve won a couple already if Scott was never around.

yah, the west is still losing one of it's top teams without really picking one up to replace it. Gonna be even easier next year. Things can change and perhaps some of the lower end teams make some moves in the off season to become competitive. I just dont see a huge change going into next season.

East is still going to be a far, far, far more challenging conference to be in. Seriously, the west is so easy for the top 5 or 6 teams lol.

Oh well, guess im gonna some work to do this off season!

Thanks Shiv, appreciate it. Yea you are right Bry with regards to goalie stats, but I made that assumption based on Bruins recent play along with the upcoming 4 games opponents. I think i would be in the running with hits if I had Rinaldo playing. Need to decide if i am going to risk starting Samuelsson. (Shoalzie???) I assume you are going to be replacing Cullen with Soderberg? If so I may be able to stay in the running with FOW.

You'll have the usual suspects at the top...Steve and Shep. Hong had a strong season and should contend again once Luongo finds a new home. Anton and Kareem will be better, as I mentioned. Josh was a much improved team. Mik won a round as the 8 seed. Aidan took over a good team, Shook will get the Sharks back in the mix, Cliff will definitely compete for a playoff spot again and I like Arian's team as well. Luke and I basically swap as rebuilding teams. All it boils down to is who replaces Bryan in the playoffs and I think there are several teams that can take that spot.

You know how much I love for that guy...I'd stay away from him if you're trying to win a title. If there's a veteran returning for the Wings this week, it's probably going to be Bertuzzi. Even if he returned, there's no where for him to play...maybe the fourth line with Miller out but if Bert returns and Nyquist has been good...I wouldn't play him when they're trying get that 8-seed from the Jackets.

Here's my lineup for this week. Probably won't make any more changes. Maybe we can both post our lineups Kyle? and SHep could post it at the top? That way everyone can see how much better your team is haha

Going to put Soderberg in for Reaves..Cullen injury doesnt seem like he'll miss time but I might make a last minute swap if I get more information later on today.
