Well I haven't had benefits in a while because I've been out of school. Just recently got them from costco now though so its been my first dentist visit in a year and a half.

Two of my molers (sp?) Were really bad tho cause some fillings came out. So rather get them fixed now before I need a root canal or caps, bothof which are not cheap!

As for what I eat....I've a sweet tooth :p
