They're basically on strike 2...they at least got us back to before. But you're right, their non-answers are angering and instead of offering something to actually help and admit to having some bugs...they give you these vague responses that could've been from a form letter. I can't imagine we're not the only league having problems so why can't the give us an honest answer on what's going on.
