LOL. I think the Canucks are going to go down a path of destruction this year. Squeak in around 7th place. The Oilers are taking over the crown of the best Canadian team in the west.

Sadly the Canucks are far from falling apart... Solid d-core, depth, strong wingers, elite power-play... they will remain the best Western-Canadian team IMO.


Don't get me wrong, I'd love the Oilers to break out, but RNH and Sam out to start the year, Hall still a reckless mofo, and simply not enough d-focus from their defenders means they will still lose games where they out-skill and out-play their opponents.

should have used a normal buy-out on Komi and an amesnty one on liles.

Or

used both buy outs on Liles + Komi and not bought out grabo and not traded for bolland

those would have been the better options IMO.
