I worry about that statement. They are the best at winning at a professional hockey level and with often old school dressing room approaches.KapG wroteCOLON No better people to learn the game from then from NHL coaches. They are the best in the world after all.
Is that the best way to develop a player? I just don't see a lot of developmental coaching done by NHL coaches, perhaps my biggest concern with keeping developing players with the Leafs - now if we had Eakins here...nbd.
Re: BBKL Week 2
when it comes down to it, reilly is going to be playing in an nhl system and no coaches are going to teach that better than NHL coaches. They may run the vets out there a bit more than they should but that doesn't mean he can't learn in practice. Also, i know when i did anything related to sports i improved more when playing against the best of the best, not some second tier people.Nick wroteCOLONI worry about that statement. like i said, if reilly shows that he can handle the pace of the nhl in these next few games then i see no reason to not keep him up.

58-49.... I feel your pain... also 14 points vs nick 11 in first two nights vs me.... yupCAM wroteCOLONIm facing 58 to 50 and down 9 to 1. This may be more worst beatdown ever. Fuckin atlantic division eh.
Re: BBKL Week 2
I recounted. Without Chucks 3 to my 2 goalie games, he has a 57 to 48 gp advantage. If that wasnt bad enough, not even sure it would matter. I am getting an old fashioned beat down. Had Garrisons GWG changed to an assist...awesome! Having too many Bruins again is hurting me on the 2 gp weeks. Thank the heavens its an 82 game season.

Re: BBKL Week 2
Are people just manually counting up the games players on both teams play to know who plays more? Also how do we know how many games our player have played in to be able to keep track of the games played limit? Does someone go through week by week looking at which players teams had active and how many games they played and then add all the weeks together?

CBS keeps track of that (albeit i never checked out this season under their new crappy format, where the comparing stats keep on not fully working for example)

Re: BBKL Week 2
I figured it probably did, but I can't find anywhere that shows how many games my active players have played. I can see total games played, but some of my players were on the bench or in the minors.kyuss wroteCOLONlol we are not THAT maniacal..Bruyns wroteCOLONAre people just manually counting up the games players on both teams play to know who plays more? Re: BBKL Week 2
It only counts active players in terms of GP, not your bench.
Re: BBKL Week 2
Found it now thanks guys, was looking in the wrong spot. Had to click "stats" from the drop down "players" menu at the top. Pick my team and then switch source from "NHL" to "Fantasy". Now I see only my active games played with Bennett listed as one game played instead of 3 since he was benched week one etc.
