Google Docs Draft Pick Errors

I will make it a point to check everyone's Google docs throughout the season for accurate tracking of draft picks since picks will no longer be exchanged on CBS. I've made my first sweep through the league. Columbus and Dallas still does not have approved rosters. I've looked over the 28 teams that have a submitted roster and I've found the following errors/omissions:

2014 Entry Draft
Anaheim (2):

• 6th Rounder (NYI): pick owned by BUF, correctly listed on BUF's page
• 7th Rounder (TB): pick owned by NJ, not listed on NJ's page

Boston (2):

• Missing recently acquired picks (2) from BUF

Carolina (3):

• 6th Rounder (PHI) & (PIT): pick owned by CAR, incorrectly listed as 5th?
• 7th Rounder (CAR): pick owned by CAR, missing

Chicago (1):

• 3rd Rounder (STL): pick owned by PHI, correctly listed on PHI's page

Colorado (1):

• 3rd Rounder (OTT): pick owned by COL, missing

Columbus (INCOMPLETE)

Dallas (INCOMPLETE)

New Jersey (2):

• 7th Rounder (NJ): pick owned by TB, not listed on TB's page
• 7th Rounder (TB): pick owned by NJ, missing

N.Y. Rangers (2):

• Incorrect formatting for listing picks
• Missing recently acquired picks (2) from LA

Phoenix (1):

• 2nd Rounder (PHO): pick recently traded to CHI

Tampa Bay (3):

• 6th Rounder (NYR): pick owned by TB, missing
• 7th Rounder (NJ): pick owned by TB, missing
• 7th Rounder (NYR): pick owned by TB, missing

Toronto (1):

• 3rd Rounder (CHI): pick owned by TOR, missing

Washington (1):

• 3rd Rounder (WAS): pick dropped, no longer a valid pick

Winnipeg:

• No picks listed owned by team

Did a check on everyone today, here's the quick recap:

12 teams (Boston, Calgary, Columbus, Detroit, Edmonton, Los Angeles, Montreal, N.Y. Islanders, Philadelphia, Tampa Bay, Vancouver and Winnipeg) are error-free.

Chicago, Dallas, Florida, N.Y. Rangers, Ottawa, Pittsburgh, San Jose and St. Louis still haven't added their 2014 waiver picks. Of those teams, Florida, Pittsburgh and St. Louis have no other errors.

Buffalo, Phoenix and Washington have one pick incorrect.

I'll post a full report later today.
