Week 14
Re: Week 14
Yep, we are on the same page here. Once I start icing a more competitive team depth players will become paramount to picks.
Re: Week 14
Some guys are worth assets some aren't.
I'd rsther have good waiver exempt players who are rookies or sophmores then some fa injury fill in scrub who will likely be back to the ahl sooner rsther thsn later.

Re: Week 14
Totally agree, so would i. The reality though is that everybody feels the same way and in a 30 team league there is only so many players to go around at any given time that are actually playing. Finding the middle ground in how a competitive team values players and a developing team values players/picks seems to be the ultimate goal. Alot of gm's, myself included, seem to be on either side of the extreme. I love having guys like Ceci, Dekeyser, Soderberg, Rinaldo, Miller, Barrie, Bartkowski, etc... these are the gems in a cap tight year. Waiver exempt depth that can be rotated in and out depending on how well they are playing or matchups.
Re: Week 14
Lol Shiv, I see you got Khudobin on the bench along with Svedberg. So we both go to game three with our shitty stats. Offense is tit for tat. Comes down to periphs..
Re: Week 14
Starting to see the true difference btwn an elite team vs bottom team

That's why I sold sharp and some other guys, to get the talented young waiver exempt players.CAM wroteCOLONTotally agree, so would i. I just seem to have more fun following the younger players. Gotta sprinkle a bit of vet presence In there of course...

Re: Week 14
It's going to be close Kyle. I'm not taking SHTOI or Blocks from you it seems. But I think I can take FOW and maybe STPTS. I fully expect to lose the goalie cats in a one game playoff where you have Rask. So it'll come down to Sunday..CAM wroteCOLONLol Shiv, I see you got Khudobin on the bench along with Svedberg. Re: Week 14
Super happy this is likely Antti Rannta's last start for the Blackhawks tonight. They brought Labarbara with the team with the intention of sending down Raanta to get the starts in the AHL. THANK FUCK. Happy to have this retarded goalie fiasco over with for the year... fingers crossed.

Re: Week 14
Looks like CBS is fucking around again. My cumulative stats for the week have totally changed. Looks like the stats from Tuesdays games have been removed from CBS. Olsen had 5 BS and 7 hits that day and he's been credited with none while Niemi on Tony's team let in 5 goals on 34 shots but only has credit for his one goal game against the Oilers Thursday...

Ya, bry and I both lost stats, we had more assists yesterday than today, and I think we both had 2 or 3 more last night

Re: Week 14
Let the week sort itself before we get on the warpath with CBS. We can't change anything now.

I'm sure it will fix itself
