Sustr is super legit, waiver exempt, and 7 feet tall

Hagelin is cheap, super legit, PK's and hits, and is waiver exempt.

i wasn't super sold either, after checking Bogo's stats and seeing that sustr is younger, cheaper, exempt and has similar stats, i dont think that would be a deal i could afford to make cap wise

also - 7 feet tall

so essentially a wiaver exempt chara

but no biggie, i didn't realize bogo made 5.5 per year, i just couldn't do it for cap purposes anyways, i should have checked before offering.
