Re: BBKL Playoffs - Round 1
MacK was moved to wing in compliance with our rules*, as his FOR was 0.33, so that had to be expected.anton wroteCOLONPHX might be in over me. apparently someone moved mackinnon to W on my roster a few weeks ago and i had an illegal roster (2 Cs) for the past couple weeks. i told mike just to give me forfeits so im thinking PHX might be in now.
Since the move made your lineup illegal you were informed of the problem via PM.
iirc, moving up S.Gionta would have solved this, but unfortunately the PM you got was apparently read without further action by you, for whatever reasons.

Re: BBKL Playoffs - Round 1
Anton pleading total ignorance is a shitty move - what a crappy spot to put the CC/Admin's in... imagine if everyone in the BBKL acted like you are; hell if 10 GMs approached the league rules with such disregard this place wouldn't exist.
Re: BBKL Playoffs - Round 1
to be fair to them... in the 'live scoring' page there is no warning thrown, and it's not their responsibility to check opponents roster...For Anton it's just on the 'my team' page -> big red banner explaining error.CAM wroteCOLONits sucks that none of his opponents noticed this...
Re: BBKL Playoffs - Round 1
i did not know the FOR was changed. call it ignorance whatever. i do not read every thread or announcement so shoot me. as far as i knew the FOR for C's was 0.3 as it was last season - leading me to believe all mine were fine.Nick wroteCOLONAnton pleading total ignorance is a shitty move - what a crappy spot to put the CC/Admin's in... imagine if everyone in the BBKL acted like you are; hell if 10 GMs approached the league rules with such disregard this place wouldn't exist.
im not even complaining here - put phx in the playoffs, i truly could not give any less of a fuck. just being honest here - i had an illegal roster for 2 weeks. i just learned this today. sorry. trying to make it right.
Re: BBKL Playoffs - Round 1
just add Gionta to your roster and you're good for this upcoming week ... other shit will sort itself out

why would i go to my team page if i wasn't making any changesNick wroteCOLONto be fair to them... in the 'live scoring' page there is no warning thrown, and it's not their responsibility to check opponents roster...For Anton it's just on the 'my team' page -> big red banner explaining error.CAM wroteCOLONits sucks that none of his opponents noticed this...

Hi Anton,
as a result of
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc ... _web#gid=4
had to move MacKinnon to the wing. http://bbkl.ca/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=1088 ... 28#p175228
I'm sending this PM cause the move made your roster illegal, so i guess you need to bring Gionta up.
Re: BBKL Playoffs - Round 1
wait... time in N.A. changed?
not the usual 6 hrs difference i see, roster lock passed by already... FML.

Man..the balls on Chuck. Benched Stempniak (playing on the Kunitz-Crosby line) to call in a 7th d-man for our match-up.
Re: BBKL Playoffs - Round 1
Malkin gives the Preds the early lead (have to enjoy while it lasts..)
Re: BBKL Playoffs - Round 1
Not that I expected him back this week, but forgot to put Harding in my CBS lineup like I did in my roster moves, because Backstrom is out for the year.
Oh well, Kuemper will have to do.

BBKL Regular Seaon By The Numbers Summary:
Games played is a nice measure of GM competence, involvement and luck, as such it's no surprise to find the First & Second place teams in the BBKL regular season, as the top two teams in GP. LAK with 1232, and TOR with 1187. At the opposite end of the spectrum, we have VAN with 864 & DAL with 889, both flirting with the league GP min
Showing his allegiance to the Bruins ( and Ducks, Hawks & Sharks) CAM leads plus/minus by such an unbelievable amount it would be shocking if he ever lost a week, +131. Roughly +50 more than 2nd place TOR, and more than double 3rd place PIT. My own use of players from Buffalo (and Yakupov) nicely explains the run away worst @ -101, 10 lower than 29th place WPG (also a former owner of Yakupov). #1 player in category = Matt Niskaned +31
Blocked shots is a hotly contested category, with 4 teams over 1000 on the season, led by SJS at 1104 - LAK/TBL/PIT. Pete's Dallas star's don't want to risk injury as their focusing is next year, blocking just 414 on the season. #1 player in category = Andrew MacDonald @ 203
In terms of Hits, your team is either physical, or it is not. Mike's leafs are the most physical with just shy of 1900 hits on the season (CBJ/NYR following up, 6 others above 1500)- meanwhile Kareem's Canucks, Paul's Canes, Luke's Jets and Mik's Preds are not physical, all under 1000 on the year. #1 player in category = Matt Martin @ 268
Not surprising, but being physical is closely tied with crossing the line - Mike's leafs have also gathered the greatest Penalties in Minutes with 894, followed by TBL (828) & CBJ (786) who are also in the top 5 for hits. 3 of the bottom 5 are the same as well, NSH, CAR & WPH, but joined by PIT & CHI who play somewhat physical, but within the rules. #1 player in category = Tom Sestito @ 173
Face-off-wins (ugh broken record again) is led by TOR, followed by MIN, TBL and NJD. Only one team has won less than 1000 on the year, Dallas. #1 player in category = Patrice Bergeron @ 822
SHTOI - which we equate to the ability to kill off a penalty (as such it's somewhat rare for a player to take lots of penalties, and kill them off) is led by 5 teams not found at the top of the PIM category - LAK, PIT, NJD, ANA & MIN all over 2k (2418/2292/2195/2144/2082), however this category is fairly tight all the way down to 28th place CAR (1028), but WPG is just 831, Dallas a mere 487. #1 player in category = Braydon Coburn @ 256
Continuing down the special team aspect - LAK is against at the top with 188 special team points, tied with NSH, the category is faily tight in the top 20 where in a given week anyone of the teams could take it, but the final 4, ANA (73) CBJ (68) DAL (54) & DET (25) shows a lack of skill - just not enough production from non-5v5 hockey. #1 player in category = Nick Backstrom @ 36
Goals are led by TOR (267) follow by LAK (231) and PIT (202), DET, DAL & CBJ bringing up the rear with less than 100 each. #1 player in category = Alex Ovechkin @ 44
LAK is the assists leader @ 374, just ahead of NSH with 373 - you've find DET, DAL & CBJ in the bottom 5 here as well. #1 player in category = Sidney Crosby @ 55
We've been through this one before, but as a reminder: Goals + Assists = Points , led by TOR (goal leader) and LAK (assists leader) as the only teams above 600 on the season. DAL & DET the only two under 300. #1 player in category = Sidney Crosby
GWG or 'lucky timed goals" which are no doubt correlated with goals are led by MIN (38), TBL (37) and a tie (36) between COL & broken record (I mean TOR). Lee's flyer's have not scored lucky goals this year, just 10 total. #1 player in category = Corey Perry @ 9
SOG is clearly a factor in scoring, no one will be surprsed to hear TOR in first (2382) and LAk in 2nd (225). DET with 932 could improve quickly in the category by adding #1 player in category = Alex Ovechkin @ 328
Shutouts...Boring... TOR with the runaway lead. #1 player in category = Rask with 6
Save% same 3 most of the year, pretty consistent category in a given season, BOS(.924)/NYR(.923)/sccccreeeeeeccchhhhh (.923/TOR). #1 with more than 20GP = Ben Scrivens/ Josh Harding
GAA - at some point this makes you sick. TOR with one of the biggest gaps (2.02) to 2nd place CBJ (2.16) & BOS (2.17) #1 with more than 20GP =Josh Harding @ 1.65
Wins we have a 4 place tie, BOS, CBJ, NYI & NYR - bet you thought I was going to say TOR hahahaha, nope... he's all the way down at 5th. #1 goalie wins = Fleury @ 33.
Would be really cool if someone would collect these into a single thread, full of potential history & records!!!

I think Petry and Galiardi are fine.Nick wroteCOLON (2ND) - St. Louis +13 w/3 GGP (Backstrom (G), Perreault and Petry)
(WC1) - Nashville +10 w/ 4 GGP (Galiardi & Erskine - Zetty on LTIR, Zuccarello due back)
Shep left the injured Perreault out.
Erskine and Richardson both somehow injured; with no news available, i ended up dressing Erskine even if not playing tonight, left out Richardson.
Sucks having to play playoffs without Zett, but should still have 5 active centers despite those two missing; still, GP deficit will probably be bigger cause i'll lose some games on defense instead.
