Re: 2014 Draft Discussion
Well, let's just say...I don't want any offers until our season is through regardless of what we're allowed to do. I'm reading up on prospects and making sure my team reaches the GP minimum. Plus, I want to see the lottery results...that #1 isn't a guarantee yet.

Re: 2014 Draft Discussion
After tomorrow, we'll know 168 of the 210 picks for the draft...the waiver draft will have picks 1-26 determined. I'll work on posting the order (with trades) this next week.

Re: 2014 Draft Discussion
let me give you an honest and unbiased opinion if you don't mind.... pls keep the pick and pick your favourite guy! It's not the best draft but it will be the BEST for your team! don't field offers.. don't go mackinon -> OEL -> Myers!!! you would waste a year of rebuild!!!
whoever PMs you just tell them to fuck themselves!!
(p.s. unless your offer received is mackinnon)

Re: 2014 Draft Discussion
btw, I will be honest, I forfeited my pick this year based on the luongo situation. So there's no 24th pick (it's a bad number anyway but if 24th pick can win the lottery I will fuck myself)Shoalzie wroteCOLONHere's what we know...the draft order that doesn't reflect trades:

Re: 2014 Draft Discussion
That's just the raw order...that's not including trades and penalties. Still some GP matters that could be dealt with for this year as well.
I'm sitting at 992 GP with 3 weeks left...108 games to reach the minimum (36 games per week). I'm averaging between 40-45 most weeks so I'm in solid shape.

Re: 2014 Draft Discussion
I'm probably more on the side of keeping my pick and when I see Reinhart tearing it up in the WHL playoffs, it makes me feel even better about that decision. Don't need to be coy about who I'm looking at...it's definitely between Reinhart and Ekblad. If I end up 1st or 2nd overall, I'll be excited to get either guy.

Re: 2014 Draft Discussion
love how much of a crapshoot this draft is.
I think any of Reinhart, Ekblad, Draisatl, Dal Colle or Bennett could easily end up being the best player from this draft.
