Hong would be the guy you'd want to trust with your team if you just wanted a leave of absence. He'd make (maybe 1 trade) - so you'd come back to the same roster you left!

i'd probably be like bos kyle.. same team over the years and winning the bbkl champion.. all my depth comes from draft and youngsters within the org
