There was an article yesterday on sportsnet about Ref's being told by the league to call a basketball game a certain way. He was an ex-ref, and before each game he said a league Rep would sit with the refs and tell them what they wanted called and what not to call. He said their strategy would benefit a certain team.

He went on to say that this series would favour Brooklyn because they bring more revenue in for the league, and truth be told he was bang on. Awful reffing against the raps.

Didn't get a chance to watch the first game as I was working, I did catch last nights game thought and they looked pretty good. Really nice to see them come to play in what I considered a *must win* game.

Hong, I agree that we perhaps overachieved this year, but I don't think its going to be a flash in the pan type of thing. Not sure if you knew this but Derozan and Lowry are the #2 scoring backcourt in the entire NBA. The only duo who is more effective/dangerous than them is Curry/clay Thompson.
