Yep that was my stance too Eric. Not adding a significant piece, but Clarkson's value is at rock bottom so I understand the ask.

Tyutin is a top pairing 24min dman who plays top PP and PK.

I think if clarkson still had put up 40 points id want an add. I certainly didnt value clarkson as a 11 point winger when I made the offer or I would have asked for a much larger add than murphy.

I agree Steve. I just wonder what the jackets do next season? You got Wiz-JJ-Tyutin established. Murray is going to demand more ice. not to mention Savard and Prout are improving. Someone's role will have to decrease. Not saying it's Tyutin, but could be.

The blue jacketa have one of the best backends in hockey. You have to think someone is moved out this summer. Id fuess nitiktin forsure.
