Under the present system, the chances of winning the Draft Lottery range from 25 percent for the last-place team to 18.8 percent for the 29th-place club down to 0.5 percent for the team that finishes 17th overall.

While the proposed new odds were unavailable, they would be compressed and give the 30th-place club a smaller chance of winning and the 17th-place team a greater chance.

Good.

That, along with some simple bbkl-rules changes to make the game fairer.

I'm not going to be vastly improved but I should be improved enough to move up a few spots in the overall standings. I'd be stunned if Shep doesn't end up with a top 5 from me unless the rookies really deliver. I want to improve but I'm not going to stray from my plans give up some of my future pieces. The Atlantic is such a tough division and teams like Buffalo making a large improvement just makes this challenge tougher to move up the standings.
