Yup. With St. Louis's young winger depth pressing for spots I see him as only a short term option at best. That being said I still seriously considered taking him, but decided to go other ways.

yeah not pretty to have announcements of events upcoming less than 24hrs later.. hopefully we'll do better in the future.

Part of the problem was free agents claims have always started soon after the Waiver Draft, so the announcement was more supposed to be about the exact timing rather than about the event per se happening today; it was basically taken for granted everyone knew after the Waiver Draft it's free agents time, but for newcomers that obviously was not a given and we didn't take that into proper account.. sorry to see you were screwed by this.

now that I think about it, when he signed with the Blues i probably added him high in the waiver list i had on the computer that later blew up and completely forgot about him when I created a new one.

been caring about fucking CC stuff instead of paying more attention the Waiver Draft.. feeling like a complete idiot, not pretty lol

i was gonna take him at #15 but i saw nothing that suggested he was even gonna be a lock to make the team
