Better an ass than a dumbass.Kyuss wroteCOLONAs for not wanting to hurt the value of my block, it didn't seem to bother you too much before posting the aforementioned crap, lol.
I thought at least you were supposed to not try to deny what's so obvious: you are an ass.
Josh Godfrey's shot is not just powerful, it is elite, even at the NHL level, despite this incredible gift, Godfrey has spent the last two seasons in the ECHL, on the most offensive minde club in hockey no less (WSH), does that make sense to you? Even if you are not familiar with Godfrey's game, common sense should lead you to believe there is something severely wrong with the rest of his game.Kyuss wroteCOLONGodfrey is still a 22 yrs old and former 2nd rounder with a powerful shot.. if he didn't have problems to solve in his game he would never be available for a 5th..
Absolutely, but as I pointed out above, the liklihood of him even making the NHL on a consistent basis are slim to none. Furthermore, PIMS at the junior level do not neccarilly translate at the NHL level, in fact they rarely do, it is even rarer for those numbers to translate when you project on one of the bottom two lines, and don't scrap consistently. Further consider that Foligno only hit the century mark in pims after his draft year, and it's easy to see why those numbers aren't likely to translate.Kyuss wroteCOLONif he can make it as a 3rd or 4th liner he will be more than worth a 4th/5th with the PIMs and Hits he brings. Wanna re-check the percentage of 5th rounders that make it to the NHL?
As for hits, there are no links showing how many he had, and since you live in Europe I highly doubt you watched him game in and game out like I have, leading me to believe you are full of shit.
Interesting that you would use YT videos to prove the strengths in Yemelins game, and by interesting I mean, LOL.Kyuss wroteCOLONYemelin is a 24 yrs old defenseman who was a regular on the Russian national team at the last worldchampionships, after enjoying a breakthrough playoff, something i doubt you know about.

22games 5goals 8assists +9, so much for not breaking even.

and his physical game would be better suited for the NA game

Fact of the matter is that he is 24 years old, playing in Russia and unsigned. Until that changes, his value is non-existant.
For you maybe...Kyuss wroteCOLONif a BBKL has room under the number limit and can wait for him, he could actually turn out to be a steal for a 3rd/4th.
Yes Mik, a 4th, not a 3rd, a 4th...One I project to be a late 4th (TBL), so it's actually closer to a 5th. The rest I can't comment on as I don't speak Italian.Kyuss wroteCOLONThat's your assumption.. and the Flames don't seem to have much better options in the lines as G.. i would just hold onto him if i don't get a 3rd.
In fact, as you may know, i refused a 4th for him a couple of hours ago..
who offered it? YOU
oh, and i'll underline Ortio belongs to your '"others" category you just wrote this about:
"But you know what, even though these guys look like busts, I will give you the benefit of the doubt on you're asking price, because you know what, most prospects bust, but the others are simply unacceptable..."
do i need to add anything on this?
You have placed a legitimate asking price on Regner, hence why he is not mentioned above.Kyuss wroteCOLONat least you didn't insert in the "others" category the other guy you offered for (regner).
It's because he's a leaf. Had any other team selected him, you would have recieved no interest.Kyuss wroteCOLONi picked him at 67, and received interest as soon as i selected him..
You know what's really funny? That you believe those two things have anything to do with one another.Kyuss wroteCOLONkinda hilarious that you bitch about a 7th, considering how much you give about your own 6th and 7th rounders during negotiations.
As I pointed out, the chances of him resigning are not high, therefore the risks outweigh the potential reward. This is a guy who could be out of the NHL picture for good after this season...5th Rounders are not valuable, you are right, but I will take a 5th with a chance of making the NHL, over a former pick who looks to be out of hockey for good.Kyuss wroteCOLONagain.. But you know what, even though these guys look like busts, I will give you the benefit of the doubt on you're asking price, because you know what, most prospects bust, but the others are simply unacceptable...
yet even going by free assumptions that he won't get renewed, would be still worth what i asked for, a 5th. LOL
I'll give you that one.Kyuss wroteCOLONlast time i checked, it happened quite often that guys had to make a name for himself in the AHL before getting an NHL chance..
AND.. how many 6th rounders get contracts by NHL teams to begin with?
"We" aren't wasting our time, you are.Kyuss wroteCOLONi hope we can stop wasting our times over the crap you felt the need to post in this thread.
