to Islanders: Ryan Thang + Mikko Lehtonen* + Martin Karsums**

to Predators: CHI's 2nd entry 2010 + PHX's 3rd entry 2011*

* condition #1: if Lehtonen signs overseas this off-season, Nashville will not get 2011 3rd
** condition #2: if Karsums signs for a NHL team any time before the start of the 2012 draft, Nashville will also get NYI's 3rd entry 2012.

That's what sucks about trading in May - the uncertainty of expiring contracts.

Lehtonen did sign in Sweden for 1 year http://www.hockeysverige.se/news_show_m ... d=10458834, so i won't get that 3rd, unless the fact Tony traded Lehtonen before that happened changes anything.

I doubt trades occurring before the outcome of the condition is determined affect the conditions, let me know.

If that's the case, it's fine already on CBS, as PHX 3rd was never listed on my team.

Lehtonen was part of the Toews deal so Scott has him ... not sure how this works now.

ok, just wanted confirmation as a general rule that if players get traded in the meantime that doesn't affect conditions related with them.
