Request for STEP by STEP instructions, Google Docs

I would like to finally get this figured out. I am sure I am not the only one. This has to do with looking at stuff on PC and mobile.

1. Where are the documents stored that we use for our roster and cap info week to week?
2. How many admins are there and who are they?
3. What program should i be opening documents in? goggle Docs? Google Sheets? Google Drive? all the same? I have two separate programs installed on my phone, sheets and drive, they both show different documents and i am logged into both with my google account. What the heavenly FUCK????
4. Why are some documents from other teams shared or visible to me but others are not?
5 How do i clear any link to last years documents? I dont give a fuck about week 17 of last year.

Please, without the "your old", "come on man" BS, can someone write detailed procedure on how every one should access, maintain and update google docs or sheets or whatever the fuck they are called on multiple platforms? Instructions for accessing on PC, instructions and needed applications on mobile devices?

Man, i've said it before, i'll say it again. I am not an idiot. First off:

Google Docs is the equivalent of Microsoft Word, so don't use the term anymore. Google Sheets is the equivalent of Excel. BBKL spreadsheets are made out of "SHEETS".

Google Drive is a place where these sheets are stored. To access Google Drive you need to be logged in with a gmail account.

I want to know step by step the procedure from here. I do not see all the teams spreadsheets listed. Do i go to menu then starred? shared with me?, etc. Shared with me is empty. I understand common sense. I wouldnt be asking for help or clarification if i truly didnt want it.

Mike has made a new set of 'sheets' for the 2014/2015 season. The full team directory is located at: https://drive.google.com/folderview?id= ... sp=sharing

1) Contact Mike and give him your gmail, so he can tie it to your 'sheet'.
2) Set that link as a favorite.
3) Click on your team to view your 'sheet'.
4) At the top of the page there is a open button, hit it. You can now view the raw 'sheet' that is editable by you & mike only.
5) Edit away.

You bet pal. Also the sheets are editable on cell phones, albeit its extremely annoying to pull off. I have done it once in a pinch on my iphone.
