I don't know how anyone can call Crosby dominant...Analysts and Penguins fans alike have been on him all series long...4 A and 1 G is not dominant, I don't care how you spin it.

As for the Caps scoring more goals, which is it Nick? Did Ov do it all himself, or did he work with his teammates to generate more goals? You can't have it both ways...

As for stats not telling the whole story, you are correct, that being said statistics are a far greater barometer of sucess then our personal viewings...What we both see is subjective, stats are absolute and objective. I cannot manipulate the numbers to paint an innacurate portrait.

Crosby is a +1 this series, combined with his meagre output he simply hasn't been good enough. Furthermore, Crosby is below 50% on the dot in the last 3 games, you are clearly overstating his effectiveness on the defensive side of the ice, and it is by no means an excuse for 5 points in 6 games (1 goal). By comparison OV scored 10 points in 7 games (5 goals), that is a substantial difference, not one or two points...

As I mentioned eariler, anyone who rips on OV and defends this current performance by Crosby is a hypocrite, the stats back that argument, the analysts back it, all that remains is the outcome of the series.
