Lee, I dont understand what you are getting at here. Are you asking me to give you a discount because a rookie has been scratched for a game or two? Drouin has been scratched for a handful of games this season as well. Rookies get scratched.

You said you are interested in him. Before you start dismantling his value with your brilliant logic, perhaps you should make an offer. You didnt even offer anything, nor did i make an offer. You may have been able to get him at what you considered a bargain. Now I think I may just hold onto him till his value goes back up; afterall, now that he has been scratched for a game he is near worthless.

Just a gentle reminder that just because he is scratched now, he won't always be. He is a valuable prospect.

Just like my kids, they are in the minors now, but they are also brimming with potential.
