C or D for a W

Post by Bruyns »

Just lost Kane for a month and Bordeleau for 2 months so could use another W. Not desperate since Megna should be a Pen for a while with all their injuries.

Connauton - "Connauton seems to have found a home on a regular pairing with James Wisniewski. He's averaging 16:17 TOI and has four goals and seven points over 14 games with his new team." also has 20 hits and 13 blocks in 14 games with CBJ and is 24 and waiver exempt.

Hunt - Back with the Oilers again after 7G 22pts in 17 AHL gaames. Decent stats at the NHL level and would be looking for a similar low upside depth winger or a 3rd.

Shaw - still only 23, plays with good players in CHI sees PP time as a net presence and hits.

Perreault - Was held pointless last game for the first time in 9 games. Had 5G 4A in his last 8 games. 2 SOG and a hit per game to go along with lots of PP time and good on the draw with 50%+ the last 4 seasons.

Would need a good W to move one of my Cs and can add '16 1st(s) or prospects to any of the players above if it was for a better player I wanted. Cap isn't an issue.

Pens asked and I said I'd do it for Dwyer 1 for 1 or add a '16 1st for Spaling.

I'd rather just use Megna than McMillan.
