Yeah. To me Arcobello is the better player, is younger, and is cheaper.

It seems like either Arcobello must have wanted a trade, or Edmonton really likes Roy but wanted to move a contract? Im just happy Roy will likely be a #2 center in Edmonton again.

You guys realize that the Oilers might have had 50 contracts right and so couldn't claim Roy, or there's also that they might want to save that waiver priority for a good player and don't care about Arco as much as some on here. Fairly often you'll see waived players traded for a minor player afterwards...
