No you don't but i dare say that if the Habs lost there top defenseman and top center for 6-8 weeks they would be in same position. But thats ok. If the B's continue playing like they have the last 10 or so games and the Habs continue their ways, The Bruins will have home ice advantage come playoffs. They still need a top 4 d-man though imo. I believe the injection of Pastrnak has sparked this team. Rask has been amazing. I am actually excited to watch them again. Not use to how this season started and was quite discouraged. Things have changed for the better.

Krug not a top 4 D. He is the hole. Excellent for PP and zone breakouts buts needs sheltered minutes at this point in his career. Loss of Boychuk is very evident.

Bruins should have figured out a way to keep him...so underrated/valuable. You guys have not made many good trades in the last couple of years.

True, but when you got a cup in your pocket, it seems to wipe the tears away. Very tough decision letting go JB, but what was he supposed to do? Let Krug and Smith walk? Having an asset you know is going to FA with a very tight cap. Either way, you have a point. He kinda did it to himself. Still do the Kessel deal any day of the week. Same thing with the Wheeler and Stuart deal. Big boo on the Kaberle deal along with trading Seguin. If Loui hadnt been knocked out of his mind twice i think the way he is playing now would have softened the blow from that deal.
