For the record. There is absolutely no advantage or ill effect from putting a guys starting goalie in 18 mins late. If the effected team was a team in the lottery i am sure that his goalie would be getting put in. kind of stupid.

The Buffalo Starters are split between 2 teams who both have the 2 ottawa goalies.

As far as teams who have lots of Buffalo skaters...I would assume that team wasnt going to win much anyways.

In the individual case it may seem stupid, but we've consistently said every GM is responsible for setting their own roster by roster lock, and whenever possible we avoid retroactive changes -> anti tank being the only exception that as a whole we've agreed to. Admin/CC are not babysitters and shouldn't be expected to remind people of roster lock or to edit their lineups for them.

I agree with Mik the person effected shouldn't change the decision. From where I sit one would think that would work against Anton, yet I have no concerns with the swap taking place. Important to me is that no new info has come out, and no effected games taking place.

only for a team that is clearly doing that on purpose to tank. In fact I don't think we ever did something like in the past even for lottery teams.

Btw, speaking of this case, Calgary has another game on Wednesday, so if Hiller starts that one not dressing Ortio may not be necessarily a bad thing.

If Anton is allowed to swap his goalie, I'd like to swap Ben Street for Mikael Granlund, please.

Lol Mik, you are that guy that just sits in the corner and pokes the bear. Some one say an Antogonist. I'm fine with it though because it is entertainment.

They got Leddy and Boychuk and guys like Tavares and Okpo and a few others have stepped up another level. Oh and they have Halak who is pretty damn good himself. They are a true team top to bottom, imo.
