Seems the PHI franchise is so depleted of NHL assets, he needs to win a lot of trades. It is almost like fair value isn't even good enough anymore at this point.

Just saying that guys like Gomez, Visnovsky, Legwand and Lecavalier do nothing for me long term, so I'm not willing to give up a lot for them. Others will likely give up more.

Neither am I interested in trading Jimmy Hayes for one of those types of players. He is finally making himself into a serviceable NHLer.
