I think for those who didn't realize yet... I may shed light on this matter
Simple analysis has me concluded that... If the offer in question isn't up to billys par/standard or he feels this may not be a deal to be had due to the fact that he detects the enemy gm has no intentions of starting a fair talk, he will simply not respond. It's his m.o. And presented often and consistently. He isn't doing it to be rude or inconsiderate. It's simply his way of 'taking a step back and telling u indirectly to try again with a better core offer to extend talks'

He isnt the type of gm like some of us to wait out pussiness of enemy gms light treading in front of his comp all day for them to magically upgrade to a good deal. He simply won't waste time waiting around if he doesn't like it.

Yep bro I wasnt referring to you or anyone above me in particular. But it does happen. All u did was take stance in the matter saying u return all pms, and we don't have a problem with that. Some nasty gms around here make up so many restrictions to weed out bad offers by saying shit like "Oh don't bother with a pm asking what I want u will b ignored" lol
