Listening to the game on the radio and they get to talking about hits and how they are counted and low and behold good ol' Joe Bowen brings up Matt martin saying he could sneeze and get two hits. He hasn't been able to shut up about him since that 13 or 14 hit game he had against us a couple years back.

Funny thing is that Toronto counts hits just as much as the islanders do and we never hear anything about inflated hit numbers for Toronto players lol. What's even funnier is that if you watch islander games Matt martin most certainly does hit as much as his numbers say, perhaps even more! Should be mentioned that his home and away splits for hits are relatively equal, or were the last time I checked.
