Hey! The Jackets and I were 20th and 21st and I had won 4 straight weeks coming into this one. A close matchup with either of us winning is exactly what is expected. I respectfully bite my thumb at you, troll.

bcool really was seriously an elite level GM... guy knew exactly what he was doing and one of the most focused guys around.
it's too bad about his flakey personality which lead to his bbkl demise. Any money if he was still active with COL he wud be looking at his 2nd BBKL championship apperance

Shoalzie crushed me. Hurting my playoff hopes and the pick that I hold.

Good job, Scott. You crushed me.

Looks like it may be time to hang'em up boys!

lol I knew as soon as some of these contenders/ex-contenders ran into inevitable difficulty in maintaining their reign, that they was gonna contemplate quitting. Sad

Not as bad it seems.

For one, I'm still very much entrenched in 29th place. On my count, I'm 23 points behind Arian and 25 behind Billy...and only a few weeks left. I have Buffalo, Toronto and Montreal to close out the season. I'll be lucky to get 23 points, let alone make up 23 points to get to 28th place.

The matchup itself was super close although I'm sure you're not happy with how your team performed. 5 ties in the week and several categories that were very close. The only one that got by a decent margin was +/- and you won SOG by a good margin. I won the goalie categories because of the dud the Hawks had yesterday. I almost got screwed by the early week injury switch of Fasth to Scrivens...those aren't GAA and SV% that would win most weeks and I was stuck on 0 wins.

He left the team with shit for prospects......

Buffalo beating Chicago is NOT a surprise...they have won 10 of their last 12 weeks and have a better record than the Hawks.

Anaheim beat me because Elliott sucked last week....

Yep, but my team was terrible last season so only starting to get credibility now. Also had some holes in my lineup due to injuries/scratches but so did Anton.

Scott won't catch me, I face 2 weak teams in the final 2 weeks. Half my team has been getting hurt or scratched lately so who knows though.
