Trading a 21 year old who is already a top 20 dman in bbkl for that pick seems odd. Trade something for something that could possibly be that something one day, maybe. I guess to each their own.

Lindholm is 53rd not top 20 and if I was picking 3rd I wouldn't be targeting Hanifin.

I don't think there is a huge difference between strome and another unnamed centre man in this draft (not one the the top 2). I could see him sneaking into the top 5, and even ahead of strome. Strome is talented but you couldn't blame teams for being wary given how past players who have played with superstars in jr have faired in the NHL.
