Mike, just lay back and take it.

NO NISKANEN GWG HAHAHA

But shit. MTL-TOR is really really close. Had TOkarski not crap the bed, chuck would be leading that.
WSH-PIT is as close as it can get, thank you Fleury for blowing hard. I've been very lucky in matchups so far... I"m getting by on smoke&mirrors.

so you've been complaining all along because I gave you a better chance to win?

and yeah, I guess your team had no chances at scoring cats when my team was only missing Datsyuk and Malkin.

still has no chances now that it's down by 2 goals and is tied in GWG with a lot of games to be played. How could you ever win a scoring stat!

This whole argument has been hilarious right from the start.

CasperX22 wroteCOLONYup he's going to luck out and be rewarded for sitting Bob. Ridiculous.
lol, it is not even the case so far, as I would be winning one more stat with Bob.

Not to talk about the fact everything is still up in the air, as goalies involved have another game left.

CasperX22 wroteCOLONI'm not crying foul. It was a stupid idea to sit Bob in the first place.
it's funny how dressing Darling is considered a huge risk but Bob (with his team already out of contention) versus Anaheim, Chicago and StLouis was apparently safe to win his games and do miracles again, LOL

There is a back2back btw, with McElhinney involved as well..
Who said I was complaining about you giving me a better chance to win? I've maintained all along sitting Bob was a stupid idea on your part.

I'm not winning g's even with them out.

I needed to win every goalie category, so unless Darling gets the start Sunday and bombs I have no chance.

So start Bob and Darling then if you were worried about Mckinnley. There is no logical reason to ever sit a top 5 player at any position due to matchups unless you have as good or better an option. Bob has made you look pretty silly for doubting him and if not for Crawfords colossal meltdown it would have blown up in your face.

I don't think you were able to get one single thing right.
CasperX22 wroteCOLONWho said I was complaining about you giving me a better chance to win? I've maintained all along sitting Bob was a stupid idea on your part.
Why would you be bothered by a decision you find to be stupid if it only gives you a better chance to win?
And I still fail to see how can someone call it stupid in the first place, unless he has some crystal ball that let him know in advance about Columbus' results this week.
I needed to win every goalie category,
false, obviously.
so unless Darling gets the start Sunday and bombs I have no chance.
false again. Even now, and even if I won both GAA and SV%, you could very well win the matchup by getting +/-, BS (both stats appear to be a toss up), GWG (tied) and tying goals.
So start Bob and Darling then if you were worried about Mckinnley.

at this point I'm not even sure you've been reading...

dressing Bob & Darling I could have very well exceeded the 4gp per week limit.
Whatever had the CC decided on that situation, I'd have been either screwed or accused to cheat. Ironic.
There is no logical reason to ever sit a top 5 player at any position due to matchups unless you have as good or better an option
I obviously thought Darling was a better option this week.
Also, as some GMs here know, I've been in conversation to move the CLB system at the deadline, cause I'd have preferred to have goalies of a team still in contention for the playoffs. By the weak interest I got, it looks like most GMs didn't consider the CLB to be a good option at all for the rest of the year.
So it looks like this theory of yours is far from some sort of established truth.
Bob has made you look pretty silly for doubting him and if not for Crawfords colossal meltdown it would have blown up in your face.
if not for Crawford's colossal meltdown Darling would have probably played the 4th game of the week. So who knows what would have happened.
Also, it could still very well blow up in my face unfortunately.. making this yet another pointless remark.

Highly doubt that you would have exceeded GP with Bob and Darling. Even so I can't agree with the line of thinking that starting Darling over Bob was a good idea.

if Darling starts today I would get 5 gp, but only 4 starts.
After Bob won in StLouis it's probable him alone would have been the best choice, but that's insight.

Anyway, nice to have Dats&Geno back, good night overall with Ribeiro finally paying dividends.
My guys need not to mess this thing up today, as Russell could get another 15 BS and overturn that stat.

9 or 10 categories between Pitt and WSH reasonably up for grabs today still. It's like watching two legless hobo's duke it out.

That Patches GWG STP was huge.

She's crazy toight... tbh this is the only series that's up for grabs. Mike and Chuck are close, but Chuck is too far back in all the cats he's trailing in to make a comeback. And the other two are over.

Good luck thomas ;)

Not much drama in the West...looking like Steve vs. Mik in that conference final.

Exciting stuff in the East though.
