Agreed. Don't see the motive for Will to make this kind of deal at this time. Just seems like taking on unnecessary risk if Yakupov explodes. A win for Billy today, an absolute potential steal if changing waters in Edmonton shine in Yak's favor. Should've shopped Yak a bit more, fairly certain I could have come up with a better offer.

Also considering he made that massive deal involving McDavid...you need to put those assets at a premium or at least let things play out a bit before making another move. I'm not saying this won't work out for him but it just seems too quick of a move.
