Hopefully, I work some magic with that 41st pick. I'm buying into the idea of Kunitz having a very short shelf life. The offseason will be intriguing to see if the Pens move him or not.

Much better player than I expected Shiv to get and not a great cycle for Scott who paid Palmieri + Lewis for Kunitz recently.

Not bad though if he gets a couple good prospects and those depth players should give him GP.

I actually own both of Palmieri + Lewis right now and would not have done it for this package, but for what it's worth, scott needs more of these type package returns, not one asset with good stats

It gives me some options for the offseason...notably on defense and I've got a glut of checking centers. I might try to make some 2-for-1 deals and make some incremental upgrades if it makes sense.

Maybe it isnt the best cycle, but this is the type of deal Shoalz should be focusing on, so i like it for him. I hope Paul Byron can play all next year the way he started this season. Actually, given the Chi roster i like it for that guy too.

would have been better to keep Palmieri and Lewis I guess, but at least Scott moved away from the 'best player in the deal' theory while battling for the 28th position..
