I think what's happened is that BBKL went into a bit of a lull a couple of years ago as all teams were filled with tenured GMs that knew everyone's way of being. With so many new GMs there is once again chaos to get to a point of happy co-existence. E.g. I know Mik low balls. Kap G hates my offers. Steve and Paul find a way to make deals.

I also know some of you guys from PBHL so seeing some of your responses on PM (Casper) does not bother me the slightest but it might bother someone like Mik who is not familiar. SImilarly, his offers probably piss the shit out of you.
