Only 3.5 back of division leading Tampa though. AL East is bad and still a decent chance they win it. Sanchez is starting to look good and if we had Stroman we would be the favourites, losing your best pitcher sucks.Lee wroteCOLONLee wroteCOLONHaven't been paying attention to baseball. Yup. Last in our division, 5.5 back on the wildcard.

They suck. Of course you could be a hopeless Phillies fan like me and root for 120+ losses lol!Bruyns wroteCOLONOnly 3.5 back of division leading Tampa though. Where? I'm at outfield sec 104Bruyns wroteCOLONGoing to the game Saturday against the Rangers.

I'll meet you somewhere. Not positive on the tickets, but likely 20 rows back on one of the base lines would be my guess. Going with my grandparents and cousin for a birthday gift and seats are usually around there.

Glad I decided to dress Estrada in my fantasy baseball lineup today...
Re: All Blue Jays
AA with an amazing trade. Don't care if we move Hoffman/Pentecost/Norris/Pompey/Reid-Foley/Alford for pitching help now. No one in the East scares me and if they can get in the playoffs who knows what can happen.
Re: All Blue Jays
Hoffman likely part of the deal.

Hoffman is part of the deal. Don't like that we moved him as we could've packaged him for a more pressing need in the rotation. Still excited that Tulowitzki is a Blue Jay.
Re: All Blue Jays
Yep Tulo+Hawkins for Reyes+Hoffman+Castro no money changing hands...that is quite the contract and injury history to take on as well. I'm just glad it is Hoffman rather than Norris going in the deal lol!

Re: All Blue Jays
naw man, you gotta keep at least Norris. Young cost controlled arm that can be here for a decade.Bruyns wroteCOLONAA with an amazing trade. It's not like this core is magically gone at the end of this year. Can always just sign some great pitching in the offseason.
Re: All Blue Jays
It's a fair deal
Hawkins is like 42 yrs old lol. Hes good for a year. It's a slight overpayment for tulo who is a stud when healthy but has his fair share of bang up history as well.

Re: All Blue Jays
And who were we going to get? There isn't really any young arms out there with term left on their contracts that are available. We went after carasscco and they turned down a big offer from us.Arian The Insider wroteCOLONHoffman is part of the deal.
