the 82 cap isn't getting much league recognition in the dialogues I'm having.

Just to touch on this teams getting close to 82GP can bench one of their 2 goalies to make sure they don't go over. Not saying that this is right or fair, but it's much easier to make sure you stay under 82 with an extra goalie than it is to get over 41 without a starter.
