Kuemper may get a few starts. Probably not enough to save frasers season without him acquiring another goalie tho. But at least he grabbed Kuemper and thus can't be forced to pay through the ass because he would have no goalie.

Luckily fraser has lots of decent assets, so he could get a decent goalie without actually hurting his on ice product.

Ryan Pilon who was drafted 51st in BBKL and ranked around that range has left his junior team after losing his passion to play. NHL teams must have heard something similar since despite being ranked as a potential 2nd rounder he was selected 147th.
