kimmer wroteCOLONI've never had a 1st overall waiver pick before, but if I did, I wouldn't have picked any of the ones you listed from the previous draft selections

I mean who are these fail ass GMs that selected those lol? Steven Oleksy? Kontiola? LOL
but yea, I always made a list of people to draft from 1st pick in hypothetical sense and I would've done way better than those picks you listed lol
Life is easy in retrospect huh.

? I'm dead serious. I laughed at em and sighed in relief because it was miles different from my own projected board if I had the first 5 picks.

My point was that you being right looks better in retrospect but at the time it was likely a toss-up in terms of whose projections were better.

Na I knew my Kontiola pick was junk at the time, just didn't feel like doing the work to make the pick worthwhile.. was an interesting month for me and I wasn't around here... best picks in retrospect are rather late.

Would love to see who people are considering this year.

No one willing to do a mock for this years waiver draft or everyone holding there cards close to their chest in hopes of landing some steals

My favorite waiver draft was landing Dillon and Matt Read at 9 and 14

Some pretty decent KHL transfer options that should be going top 5.

CAM wroteCOLONThats bad picking then. Need to get in 5-10 range...lol

Id be curious to see players taken in our waiver drafts who are active though. Top of my head i know Dekeyser and Matt Read.
Zuccarello too, among others
