Yea, Seabrook is mediocre. Good ol bbkl....

guy has one down year on one of the best teams and all of a sudden hes terrible. When you look at stats at least look at three year averages. People that trade players based off one single year of performances are not doing themselves any favors. If that was the case Nick Foligno would be one of the best overall BBKL players when you consider all cats and salary. But its only 1 year....so, hes not....
