How many GP and what age? Also any other requirements?
The CBA doesn't have the new rules and I'm not sure what to follow.

120 games, and if a player is 26 by october 1st, i believe. that date may be wrong though.

No, if a player is 26 then they are waiver eligible. if a player is 25 then they are waiver exempt.
the birth date for eligibility/exemption is oct 1st, 1989.
