I might get on board with the hybrid system, but not really interested in full w-l-t, as I feel teams would hav nothing to cheer for after the first few days in a week, cuz most matchups are settled by that point.

Matchup wins should be a tiebreaker at the very least.

I think wins and then head to head wins should be first tiebreaker (doubt you'd need more than that). If then it should be your overall score when you look in standings and it shows your league wide score for each category.
