Peluso / Caron for picks/prospects

Post by Lee »

Peluso in WPG okay for GP
Caron was getting some play time in STL, should be back soon. In the minors for me so wont require a roster slot for you

Looking for a 3rd each. Feel free to post a 2016 or 2017 pick for either, PM prospects if you'd rather go that route.

So was Tokarski, was he not?

sort of like Morin and Panik, both waiver wire (no claims)

Yeah, goalies tend to pass through easily unless there is a need for them right then. In this case, Gibson was hurt last night and they needed a goalie, hence waiver player for waiver player. There is also contract slots, allotment to overall cap etc to figure out.

In any case, the asking price for Tokarski is very reasonably set at a 3rd round pick or equivalent prospect.

Grosenick was only recalled so Stalock could get some starts in the AHL... just sayin'

Grosenick, 26, has compiled a 7-4-3 record with a 3.03 goals-against average and a .902 save percentage in 16 games with the Barracuda this season

He's also on a one way deal for next year, Stalock is 2 years older that Grosenick, and Stalocks stats are shite.

Stalock will not be a Shark next year, but I have serious doubts that Grosenick will be with the big club. Good trade for Lee!

Caron was getting some play time in STL, should be back soon. In the minors for me so wont require a roster slot for you

Nothing exciting, yet neither are the picks requested. Might also take 2 4ths each, if that suits you better.
