Re: General Hockey Talk/Vids
Leafs vs Rangers is an important game for me tomorrow, I need toronto to win from every angle:
-> I'm a leafs fan
-> facing Lundqvist, and I have a 1win lead
-> I'm facing Lundqvist and would like his SV% and GAA to stay well below my own
-> I have the lord and saviour, Captain Dion Phaneuf, so a few points and a nice +/- would help
-> Bruins taught the buds a lesson in the last half of that game, bounce back is good for the confidence... win 1 lose 2 is a bad pattern....

Lol...Funny stuff from tough guy McGratton. Maybe hes looking to get some ice time..
McGrattan doesn't quite care for Chris Neil
http://www.boston.com/sports/hockey/...tan_has_l.html
Brian McGrattan, Chris Neil's former running mate in Ottawa, didn't think much of the bruiser picking a late fight with Dennis Seidenberg on Saturday. After a whistle, Neil engaged with Seidenberg, a non-fighter, and opened up a cut over his left eye.
"I heard about it," McGrattan said of Neil's actions. "That's typical Chris Neil. I had to protect that guy for three years when I was there. He'd do that and I'd have to fight all his battles for him the next time we'd play a team after he'd do something stupid like that. It doesn't surprise me."
"That's the way he does it," McGrattan said. "He'll do something where he knows he'll get kicked out of the game and won't have to come back and fight anybody. I've been around him long enough to know he does that. Then I'm the one who usually has to fight his battles the next time. It's typical."

Re: General Hockey Talk/Vids
Game of the week in NHL is BOS vs STL. Two hot teams with hot goalies going at it. Should be a good one. Last season Boston blew a 4-2 lead with like 1 min left and STL won it in OT 5-4. It was crazy. I think it was Boyes that got the GWG. It was pathetic to watch as a Bruins fan. I hope they still have that on there minds going into this one. Either way it will be a great game.
Re: General Hockey Talk/Vids
man, the Canucks announcer on Sportsnet has to be one of the dry-est announcers in the league. Also who is the co-announcer now doing the games for Ottawa with Dean Brown? He is so familiar and he must have been an announcer for another American team last season. anyone know?
