"The King"
Re: "The King"
You left Keumper out of your breakdown as well Steve. But yea it was a serious offer. Pretty sure the counter was something like Simmonds + Giordano + VAS/Strome. For Lundqvist alone. But I'm the one getting laughed at

you are one funny guy. Not sure where you think you get to:Fraser wroteCOLONYou left Keumper out of your breakdown as well Steve. But yea it was a serious offer. Pretty sure the counter was something like Simmonds + Giordano + VAS/Strome. For Lundqvist alone. But I'm the one getting laughed at
A. Not offer anything that I had interest in other than Simmonds
B. Not even offer the basic needs of what I needed in return(legitimate NHL goaltender)
C. Offer me bad contracts and a bunch of pieces I have zero interest in
D. Ask for additional assets that I made clear would not be packaged together
E. Think you are getting 3 of the 4 most valuable pieces in the deals when I have the asset you are after.
Hank > Simmonds > Anisimov > Franson > Goligoski > Kuemper
Now run along and go back to being Steve's new pet project.

Kuemper is pretty legit is he not? Realize he's a backup but you can't really use two starters in this league anyways

Re: "The King"
Hank > Simmonds > Anisimov > Franson > Goligoski > Kuemper
That alone is reason enough to prove why you've only made 1 bbkl deal. That's border line retarded
Re: "The King"
Yeah he is so legit that they started Dub on back to back nights and was in danger of being in the AHL at the start of the season.Sensfanjosh wroteCOLONKuemper is pretty legit is he not? Realize he's a backup but you can't really use two starters in this league anyways
Re: "The King"
I've made 3-4x that many with Darkness along, so thanks for playing. By all means enjoy Goligoskibwho knows where he winds up next year. The BBKL Insider wroteCOLONHank > Simmonds > Anisimov > Franson > Goligoski > Kuemper

Kuemp s a backup cuz he's got such bad injury history and wants him to take her ez. Otherwise yes he's much more skilled than dub

waste of a roster player cody franson?
you're going to do what Thom did, overvalue your crap and end up with a shitty roster. Thom corrected his mistakes and is starting to finally do what he should have done years ago. I think you're a little too stubborn to admit your lost (in terms of value). I dont see how your roster improves with your attitude.
Re: "The King"
Yup and you overvalue Goligoski. Everyone overvalues players around here. Re: "The King"
If you don't trust him to give Dub a night off on back to back nights and seriously considered washing your hands of him completely in the off-season does it really matter? Thanks for further helping me make my point.kimmer wroteCOLONKuemp s a backup cuz he's got such bad injury history and wants him to take her ez. Otherwise yes he's much more skilled than dub
Re: "The King"
Keumper is just about as ideal of a backup goalie you can add. Cheap. Young. Good numbers. Waiver exempt. If you wanted to run with Talbot he fit your needs absolutey perfectly. At any rate I wouldnt consider that deal now so this is pointless
Re: "The King"
Good because I never cnsidered it to begin with LOL! It was a bad offer then and its still a bad one now.Fraser wroteCOLONKeumper is just about as ideal of a backup goalie you can add. Cheap. Young. Re: "The King"
Well mate if you think your gonna get something considerably better you need to start paying attention a bit more.
Re: "The King"
If I don't, then he won't be dealt. I don't need to move him and have no problem keeping him as I have stated over and over. You made an over with 100% self serving interest that neither matched value nor my needs.Fraser wroteCOLONWell mate if you think your gonna get something considerably better you need to start paying attention a bit more.
Re: "The King"
lol just saw Franson's stats. He's gone downhill lol
Re: "The King"
I value goalies a lot, so not so sure I like the offer, but one thing for sure, Kuemper is a good backup. Wish I had him.

Re: "The King"
That just not true at all. You would drastically improve if you added a star asset like Simmonds to your lineup without subtracting elsewhere. When you sit a starter on the bench he's not doing anything for you. Simmonds would have been a big production boost for you.CasperX22 wroteCOLONIf I don't, then he won't be dealt. And you can put your > wherever you like but Goligoski + Bolland is real close to Franson + Anisimov. It needed to be a feature to help absorb Lundqvists 8.5. Which is such a major thing for anyone to consider taking on. When you get a strong young backup and some propsects as well thats what we call mutually beneficial by definition.
I was hurting my team by not have more consistent goaltending. You were hurting your team by sitting a valuable asset on the bench every week. This would have addressed both of those.
Re: "The King"
Hey bad season's happen. He was never as good as his fantasy value and neither is Goligoski who is older, more expensive, and no more secure than Franson. It's really beside the point anyway. I would have been fine taking Goligoski at the time bc I needed a defender, so instead Fraser offered me one and then asked for a similar one back. In no way at any point did the deal make any sense for me as he was unwilling to part with a defender and or Vas.kimmer wroteCOLONlol just saw Franson's stats. He's gone downhill lol
