I knew of Vatrano for a while (fellow UMass guy). I figured he was yet another undersized guy who wouldn't amount to much in the big leagues so I passed on adding him and went with Grayson Downing instead. Downing looks solid but boy do I regret that one.

Timashov isn't THAT great. But if you saw Eric Staal play last year, my God he was bad. I hope he signs somewhere and gets back to a 60 point player, but it was painful watching him last season. Maybe he settles in to a 4-5mil 3rd line centre, as his play away from the puck was fine. However, he definitely looked to have lost a step offensively. He just didn't look the same.
