past seasons i were able to trade for a 2nd (maybe a bit higher pick).. it depends whos available.. i don't know what top 3 waiver picks are worth but im sure someone may do a late 1st or similar value for the pick.. which would probably a decent roster player.. i guess waiver draft players are less risky?
